The Parts Manager provides commercial and operational leadership to Marlen's parts organization. This position is responsible for financial and operational performance, customer satisfaction, and staff development, as related to the parts business. As a member of the Marlen Lifecycle Services leadership team, the Parts Manager shares in the responsibility for achieving overall financial and operational growth objectives.
Candidates for this position are expected to be conversant with methods and practices of employee supervision, and project and task management. In addition, they are expected to be generally familiar with the technologies used in the various systems sold by the company, and their appropriate applications.
Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The incumbent must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
