Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of work experience; 5 years in a comparable management position.
• Travel up to 25-30% of the time.
• Strong understanding and experience in operations and logistics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across aftermarket, including parts access, technical support and on-site services.
• Create the strategic roadmap for aftermarket to exceed financial and operational targets.
• Grow revenue, increase margins and optimize customer satisfaction while controlling expenses.
• Develop and oversee new and emerging service products and offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to develop service products and offerings responsive to customer needs.
• Prepare development objectives and schedules for product development and market introduction, including cross-functional plans.
• Promote products/services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Establish and manage relationships across Duravant operating companies, partners, customers and experts.
