The role requires 3-5 years of related experience and a strong industry knowledge, with leadership and communication skills essential for success. Some travel is expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience; a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Vast knowledge of the industry.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Leadership skills for managing staff in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Some travel will be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our parts group for revenue growth, P&L, customer satisfaction and personnel responsibilities.
• Manage budgets, identify business and employee needs, ongoing product problems, department processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures or services.
• Ensure the parts operation is aligned with Caterpillar & Harnish Group Inc., with ongoing evaluation of reports to keep performance at expectations.
• Supervise in-house sales and warehouse personnel.
