Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in parts department in a related industry.
• Experience with dealer systems such as Parts Advisor, CDK, or similar.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, budgeting and financial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create annual Parts Department goals and budget aligned with financial objectives.
• Develop and execute Parts Department marketing plans and monitor monthly results.
• Hire, develop, appraise, retain, and engage parts personnel to grow sales and service.
• Establish training paths for parts staff and participate in training programs.
• Manage the Parts Department safety program and tool/equipment readiness.
• Administer warranties, recalls, and equitable policy settlements.
• Analyze part process errors and take corrective actions.
