Job summary

James River Equipment Virginia LLC is hiring a Parts Sales Specialist in Raleigh/ Garner, NC. You will greet customers, assess parts needs across in-person, phone, and online channels, and process orders to complete sales.

The role includes placing down and stock orders, handling parts requests, and supporting merchandising displays and inventory counts. We value strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries.

A Day in the Life: Parts Sales Specialist

• Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale


• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested


• Process parts requests for internal and external customers


• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled

Need to Succeed:

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance


• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus


• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone
