Responsibilities

• Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale.
• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested.
• Process parts requests for internal and external customers.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled.
