James River Equipment in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to greet customers and help identify parts needs in person, over the phone, or online. You will process orders, place machine down and stock orders, and support internal and external customers.

A positive, customer-focused attitude, attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries are essential. Experience with dealership software and parts/inventory systems is a plus, and we offer competitive pay

• Experience in customer service within a dealership setting.
• Comfort with high volumes of inquiries and timely follow-up.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and dealership software.

A Day in the Life: Parts Sales Specialist

• Greet customers, collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order, complete the sale


• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested


• Process parts requests for internal and external customers


• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled

Need to Succeed:

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance


• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus


• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up and not afraid to answer the phone
