Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide customer service support to internal and external partners, respond to web inquiries, provide marketing support, and handle aftermarket order administration.

You will manage order entry in SAP, monitor communications, coordinate shipments, and ensure accuracy of data. The role is onsite in Dixon, IL, with a focus on reliability, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong technical background with manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP system.
• Excellent communication.
• Detail oriented and accurate data entry.
• Self-directed and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to get certified on material handling equipment (forklift).

Responsibilities

• Order Management: monitor parts inbox, enter purchase orders, RMAs and WOs in SAP, verify lead times, determine pricing and provide quotes, notify scheduler, and month-end reporting.
• Customer Support: respond to inquiries, communicate order acknowledgements and shipment information, provide technical information as required.
• Part Shipments: back-up material handler for shipping, schedule shipments with FedEx/UPS, and pack parts.
