Job summary

SPX Technologies in Dixon, IL is seeking a Parts Coordinator to deliver customer service, manage order flow, provide quotes, and support aftermarket activities. You will process POs, RMAs, and warranty orders in SAP while coordinating with shipping and scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a High School Diploma, familiarity with SAP or ERP systems, and strong communication with a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order Management
• Monitor Parts inbox
• Enter purchase orders, RMAs and warranty orders pertaining to parts into SAP
• Complete shipping transactions in SAP
• Verify customer information in SAP
• Confirm lead times
• Determine pricing and availability
• Provide quotes to customers
• Enter manufactured part orders into the Engineering database and notify scheduler
• Review and run month end reports
• Customer Support
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Communicate order acknowledgements, tracking and shipment information to customers
• Provide technical information as required
• Part Shipments
• Back-up Material Handler in shipping out parts
• Schedule shipments with FED-EX/UPS
• Pack parts
