Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support internal and external partners, handling inquiries, marketing support, and aftermarket order administration. You will work within SAP to manage orders, monitor the Parts inbox, and ensure accurate data handling.

The role requires a High School Diploma, onsite work, and no travel. You will contribute to timely shipments, pricing decisions, and enable efficient customer service across our HVAC precision equipment segments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with data entry accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and monitor the Parts inbox.
• Enter POs, RMAs, and warranty parts orders into SAP.
• Process shipping transactions in SAP.
• Verify customer information in SAP.
• Determine pricing and availability.
• Schedule shipments with FedEx/UPS.
• Pack parts for shipment.
