Amerit Fleet Solutions is hiring a dedicated Parts Coordinator in our Atlanta area for a day shift. You will manage parts and materials for field ops, coordinate receiving and deliveries, and work with procurement to keep stock levels accurate.

The role emphasizes strong organization, independent work, and teamwork, with weekly pay and full benefits after 30 days. Expect 7:00am–3:30pm hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Proven experience in parts coordination, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and database systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the ordering, inventory, and delivery of parts and materials for field operations.
• Perform systematic receiving of inventory in fleet management system.
• Pick up and deliver inventory to field locations.
• Retrieve inventory returns from field locations and return to vendors or central warehouse.
• Create weekly stock purchase orders.
• Work with procurement to track orders and manage supplier relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders, including cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate bin locations and ensure cleanliness of storage areas.
• Coordinate disposal of waste oil and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Forecast parts usage with field staff and plan stocking requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to field locations; resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Provide support to field teams for operational efficiency.
