Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator in Atlanta South to manage inventory and branch administrative processes. The role supports maintenance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 11am-7:30pm, at 345 Tradeport Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30354. Key duties include inventory oversight, parts ordering with Centralized Parts Ordering, cycle counts, warranty coordination, and collaboration with Customer Service and Finance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills for collaboration.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile thinker; eager for collaborative projects and ongoing learning.
• Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable attendance essential; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at branch(es) to support service and profitability.
• Order parts via sourcing procedures; ensure on-time, defect-free deliveries.
• Receive/store parts; update PartsNet; complete cycle counts.
• Manage battery and tire inventory; align quantities and specs.
• Coordinate with warranty department on shipments and returns.
• Work with Customer Service to schedule repairs as parts arrive.
• Provide vendor support; ensure correct payments processing.
• Support branch financial manager and assist with branch profitability.
• Complete projects and tasks assigned by Branch/ District Financial Manager.
