Amerit Fleet Solutions in Everett, WA is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage inside parts ordering and vendor relationships. The role reports to the Purchasing Manager and supports internal teams to meet purchasing goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a competitive auto-parts market, strong negotiation and communication skills, and experience with POS systems and MS Office. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a highly competitive market; wholesale auto parts experience preferred
• ASE P1/P2 certifications preferred
• Strong phone skills with a positive, attentive tone
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to build and maintain lasting business relationships

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain set amount clients and internal customers
• Work with internal customers in a professional, courteous manner
• Become familiar with client’s vehicle assignments
• Locate parts that are difficult to find and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best deal
• Accurately quote parts and input information into our management system
• Track lost sales
• Assist other parts coordinators when necessary
• Inventory management and related duties as assigned
