Amerit Fleet Solutions in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Light/Medium Duty Parts Coordinator to manage inside parts ordering and vendor negotiations. You will report to the Purchasing Manager and cultivate productive relationships with internal teams to meet purchasing objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a competitive auto parts market; aftermarket experience preferred.
• Knowledge of light/medium duty parts and vehicles.
• Strong phone, listening and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer service oriented with relationship focus.
• ASE P1/P2 certifications preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel).
• Strong time management and organization.
• Independent, proactive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain set amount clients and internal customers.
• Work with internal customers in a professional, courteous manner.
• Become familiar with client’s vehicle assignments.
• Locate parts that are difficult to find and negotiate with vendors.
• Accurately quote parts and input information into the management system.
• Track lost sales.
• Assist other parts coordinators when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
