Job summary

Threemile Canyon Farms is seeking a Parts Inventory Admin in Boardman, OR to oversee daily inventory operations and shipping/receiving activities. The role includes managing invoices, maintaining records, and forecasting needs while ensuring safety and accuracy.

This on-site position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with the team. Prior experience in agriculture-related inventory is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or shipping/receiving.
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed for shipping and receiving tasks.
• Candidate must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, stocking, issuing, and reconciling parts and supplies.
• Manage all shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting incoming deliveries and ensuring accuracy before stocking.
• Process vendor invoices, matching them to purchase orders; resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, and coordinating carrier pickups.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and data entry.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock; forecast needs based on usage patterns.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to track orders and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts room and receiving area.
• Generate and maintain reports on inventory accuracy, usage, shipping/receiving activity, and invoicing status.
• Attend required training and perform other duties as assigned.
