Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or shipping/receiving.
• Attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industrial, agricultural, or mechanical parts preferred.
• Ability to lift/move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations including receiving, stocking, issuing, and reconciling parts and supplies.
• Manage all shipping and receiving activities, including inspecting deliveries and ensuring accuracy before stocking.
• Process vendor invoices, match to POs, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging, labeling, and coordinating pickups.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and data entry.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs based on usage.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to track orders and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts room and receiving area.
• Generate reports on inventory accuracy, usage, and invoicing status.
• Participate in continuous improvement of inventory control and workflows.
• Be a self-starter and work independently as well as with the team and management.
• Attend required meetings and training; adhere to company policies.
