Job summary

Farmer Focus is hiring a Parts Room Lead to supervise daily parts room operations at our on-site facility. You will oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and cycle-counting of parts and supplies, while coordinating maintenance requisitioning and supplier interactions.

You will train team members, maintain accurate records in Canopy and other systems, and ensure safety and inventory controls across the plant. Strong Excel skills and detail-oriented coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of parts, inventory, supply room, warehouse, maintenance support, or related experience.
• Strong coordination, prioritization, training, and follow-through abilities.
• Excel proficiency.
• Ability to use Canopy or similar inventory systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily parts room activities by prioritizing tasks and monitoring receiving, stocking, issuing, cycle-counting, and housekeeping.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and training to parts room team members.
• Serve as first contact for routine parts room questions and urgent requests.
• Maintain accurate inventories through reviews, cycle counts, audits, and corrections.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal partners on availability and priority needs.
• Promote a clean, safe parts room and enforce safety requirements.
• Create work orders and manage Canopy system transactions.
• Manage maintenance requisitioning and approvals.
