Foremost Farms USA is seeking a Maintenance Parts Coordinator to manage storerooms, inventory, and vendor relationships at our Wisconsin facility. You will support plant maintenance by ensuring parts are stocked, organized, and available for rapid deployment on work orders.

The role involves data entry into the maintenance software, generating usage reports, and coordinating with maintenance technicians to secure required parts for scheduled and emergency work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of job-related experience.
• Parts storeroom control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts inventory and ensure availability.
• Order, issue and receive maintenance parts from approved vendors.
• Issue parts to open work orders and store in correct locations.
• Perform cycle counts and communicate with stakeholders.
