ARB Underground in Bloomington, CA is seeking a Parts Coordinator to support parts management, procurement, inventory control, and fleet-related systems. The role covers parts for PSC repair parts, shop supplies, and field equipment across multiple units and regions.

You will oversee min/max inventory, warranty processes, and vendor contracts while ensuring efficient logistics and accurate reporting. This position emphasizes strong organization and coordination with field technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales or Auto or Equipment sales.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Sound knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office suite, web-based apps).

Responsibilities

• Oversees parts ordering, procurement, inventory management, warranty, and distribution for PSC repair parts, shop supplies, and maintenance parts.
• Controls min/max parts inventory for shop and field locations.
• Negotiates parts/tire/maintenance contracts with PSC preferred vendors.
• Manages parts warranty process and ensures credits/refunds are collected.
• Keeps assigned parts room organized and accessible.
• Ensures logistics minimize downtime for field technicians and shop.
• Oversees training and development of PSC parts personnel and standardized parts master in the system.
• Establishes min/max levels for on-hand inventory and handles parts for techs in shop or field.
