• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical components is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of spare parts and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the parts management system.
• Execute procurement to order and restock parts based on usage and forecast.
• Ensure parts are labeled, categorized, and stored in a clean, organized environment.
• Liaise with maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse, and engineering teams to identify parts requirements.
• Select vendors to improve quality, lead times, and cost.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Process returns, repairs, and warranties with vendors or suppliers as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and organizational policies.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, usage trends, and cost analysis.
