HODGE in Peoria, IL seeks a Parts Coordinator to keep our operation moving. You will manage inventory, coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers, and ensure the right parts are where they are needed, when they’re needed.

You’ll join a team that values safety, teamwork, and a proactive, flexible approach. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently while traveling as needed to support service and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: receive, organize, and track parts to minimize downtime.
• Process quotes and customer invoices for parts department.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via email, phone, and in-person.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers for seamless coordination.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training.
• Collaborate with service team to fulfill parts requests promptly.
