Job summary

HODGE is seeking a Parts Coordinator to ensure accurate inventory, timely quotes, and seamless order fulfillment. You will collaborate with technicians, vendors, and customers to keep parts available when needed.

Responsibilities include processing quotes and invoices, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and supporting a safety-first culture while traveling as required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with business/logistics education a plus.

  • Inventory management: receive, organize, and track parts to minimize downtime.
  • Process quotes and customer invoices for parts department.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and in person.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Stay current with industry advancements and participate in training.
  • Collaborate with service team to fulfill parts requests promptly.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and adhere to safety policies.
  • Work independently with flexibility and occasional travel as needed.

What You'll Do
  • Inventory Management: Accurately manage stock levels by receiving, organizing, and tracking parts and supplies to ensure availability and minimize downtime.
  • Order Processing: Provide timely and accurate quotes and process customer invoices for the parts department, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service by communicating with customers via email, phone, and in-person to understand needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Effective Communication: Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with both suppliers and customers to support seamless coordination and service delivery.
  • Technology & Training: Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and improve job performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to promptly fulfill parts requests, contributing to streamlined operations and improved customer outcomes.
  • Safety Focus: Promote and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and fostering a safety-first culture throughout the organization.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
