Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales & Service, Inc. in Wood Dale, IL, is seeking a Parts Inventory Associate to balance office work with hands-on warehouse duties. You will manage parts inventory, quote development, data entry, and support the Sales & Service teams in pricing and purchasing.

The role requires strong communication and reliability, with occasional overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 2+ years in a similar role; familiarity with Great Plains/IFS and basic HVAC terms

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in a similar industrial/technical role preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; Great Plains/IFS background a plus.
• Basic HVAC terminology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for all parts sales inquiries.
• Develop and prepare parts quotes.
• Perform data entry and billing tasks.
• Support Sales & Service with material requisitions, pricing, and purchasing.
• Manage parts inventory stock levels and ensure quantity accuracy.
• Handle shipping and receiving of parts orders and stock.
• Operate with UPS, FedEx and freight software where applicable.
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
