Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in a customer-service role.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required (we'll certify you!)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests to generate sales of parts.
• Assist with parts identification and quotes to convert to orders.
• Manage orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Serve as primary contact to customers through the full sales cycle.
• Support outside sales through lead generation and market intelligence.
