Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts identification and generate quotes for orders.
• Manage orders to meet delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers through the full sales cycle from quote to delivery.
• Support outside sales with lead generation and market intelligence as needed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate order processing and stocking levels.
