The role requires strong communication and attention to detail, handling a high volume of 50–70 calls daily plus emails. Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English are essential; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in face-to-face or phone-based customer service.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; solid computer skills.
• Comfort with high-volume calls and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Office; not a master, but on your way.
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection at home.
• Positive, outgoing, team-spirited personality; English fluency required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions daily (50–70 calls, many emails).
• Process orders, status updates, part identifications, pricing, returns.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments to meet needs.
