Parts Town is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to support OEM replacement part needs and build lasting customer relationships. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering an engaging and helpful experience.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (face to face or over the phone).
• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office.
• High-speed internet at home.
• Positive, outgoing, team-spirited personality.
• Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a plus.
• Must be able to work M-F 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST); training shift may be 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST).

Aufgaben

• Handle a high volume of calls per day (50–70) while delivering exceptional customer care.
• Process quotes, orders, returns, ID parts, adjustments, tracking information; vendor outreach; outbound calls; work across multiple systems.
• Provide professional communication with customers, leadership, team, and internal departments daily to ensure customer satisfaction.
