Job summary

Southeast Equipment is seeking a Parts Associate in Heath, Ohio to help customers find the right parts and process orders efficiently. You will maintain inventory accuracy and assist the Parts Department in daily operations, ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.

The role requires strong communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift heavy items as needed; forklift certification may be pursued. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Experience in a similar construction equipment role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment parts and components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with parts inquiries in person or by phone.
• Process orders promptly and verify pricing and accuracy.
• Order parts with vendors and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with annual audits.
• Generate reports on sales and inventory to aid decisions.
