Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is actively seeking a Parts Counter / Warehouse associate to join our team. The role involves parts counter sales, customer service excellence, and efficient warehouse duties across parts operations.

You will work under the Parts Manager, operate a forklift, manage orders, and help maintain accurate inventory and paperwork while handling will-call and shop deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in a business discipline or technical school preferred.
• Three or more years of customer service in a mechanical/parts environment.
• Must have mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; able to learn new software (Warrtrack, SIB, etc.).
• Cash and credit card handling/reconciliation experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide strong customer service and parts counter sales.
• Safely operate a forklift and handle parts deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and deliver parts to shop or will-call areas.
• Inspect cores and warranty documentation accurately.
• Support inventory control and documentation tasks.
• Perform shipping/receiving duties and basic freight handling.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed.
