Job summary

Southeastern Equipment is a growing construction equipment company seeking a Parts Manager to lead our Heath, OH parts department. You will oversee inventory, process orders, drive sales, and coach a team of parts associates to deliver outstanding customer service.

The role is exempt with travel for training and occasional branch visits. We offer a competitive salary, monthly bonus eligibility, full benefits, PTO and paid holidays, plus a no-weekends schedule.

Qualifications

• Parts management experience 2 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment parts and components is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient operation of the parts department.
• Manage inventory, process orders, and lead a team of parts associates.
• Drive sales growth and analyze market trends.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety and training compliance.
• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries.
• Collaborate with vendors to source parts and ensure timely delivery.
