The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork across our broad Cat equipment ecosystem. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• Experience in mechanical/parts environment is highly regarded.
• Ability to learn computer systems and software (Warrtrack, SIB).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and provide strong customer service.
• Safely operate forklift and load/unload parts.
• Pick, stock, and deliver parts to designated areas.
• Process shipping, receiving, and freight documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
