Job summary

M.H. Eby, Inc. is seeking a full-time Parts Representative to join our team in Ohio. The role focuses on parts sales, order processing, and assisting customers at the parts counter, with emphasis on accuracy and timely service.

Responsibilities include processing sales orders, handling UPS shipments, reading engineering drawings, and maintaining a clean, efficient work area. Forklift operation and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with customer service & computers.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle parts sales, process sales orders, filing sales orders, and parts cutting.
• First point of contact for part calls and counter sales; communicate with customers clearly.
• Process UPS shipment requests and create bills of lading for freight shipments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Complete sales transactions; process payments.
• Assist customers with fabricated sales orders (toolboxes, etc.).
• Assist in shipping and receiving of freight orders.
• Maintain clean work area and prioritize workload; work in a team.
