Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Distribution & Assembly Associate in Bridgewater, MA. You will perform inbound tasks, pick/pack/ship inventory, and assemble Trauma Sets with precision. This long-term contract offers first-shift hours, $24 per hour, and full benefits through Kelly.

Expected to maintain clean work areas, assist inventory control, and operate systems for data entry while adapting to tasks across the warehouse. Strong attention to detail required; HS diploma or GED accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) after training as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within the Distribution Center.
  • Provide services for inventory control team and use data-entry systems.
  • Assemble Trauma Sets by placing screws and instruments into trays as per shadow board layout.
  • Match parts to tray types and ensure high precision and quality checks on assemblies.
  • Participate in training and be willing to adapt to tasks across warehouse areas.

Distribution & Assembly Associate — Bridgewater, MA

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Set Building Operator/ Assembler at one of our Global clients in Bridgewater, MA. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Title: Distribution & Assembly Associate
Location: Bridgewater (02324)
Pay: $24 hr; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F first shift
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)
Responsibilities:
  • Perform inbound tasks as required per work instructions
  • Perform systemic transactions in appropriate systems per work instruction
  • Pick, pack and ship inventory as specific in work instruction for domestic and international requirements
  • Trained team members will operate Powered Industrial Vehicles PIVs (train as needed)
  • Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within the Distribution Center
  • Provide services for inventory control team
  • Use computer, data entry, tracking
  • Provide assembly of Trauma Sets by placing smaller screws and instruments into trays based on a prescribed shadow board layout.
  • Match parts to their corresponding type of tray, ensuring high precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform quality checks on assembled trays to ensure that all components are correctly positioned and meet quality standards.
  • Participate in training and be willing to adapt to various tasks or areas within the warehouse as needed
Qualifications:
  • Education: HS diploma / GED Experience: 1-3 years.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good tracking / data entry skills
