You will engage with walk-in customers, promote current sales and loyalty programs, and help maintain store cleanliness and accurate stock counts. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
