Talentify is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver auto parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, assist with upselling, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Daily responsibilities include collecting payments and building relationships with customers; you will need a valid license, clean driving record, and strong English communication. This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and manage inventory stocking and cycle counts.
Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and suggest parts or services.
