Job summary

Talentify is seeking a parts delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell products, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and engage with walk-in customers. Must have a valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness (floors, bathrooms, dusting, parking lot).
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
