Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and cores, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will manage daily credit accounts and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, delivering insights learned on the road.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and comfort with inventory systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to read safety rules and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned on deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
