Job summary

Talentify is seeking a driver to safely pick and deliver automotive parts to pro customers, returning cores and promoting current sales programs. The role involves daily credit collection, upselling, inventory upkeep, and strong customer relations to grow sales across MainStreet and National Pro accounts.

The ideal candidate will have an automotive parts background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize inventory.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
