Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will handle returns, promotions, and daily credit collections while building strong ties with MainStreet and National Pro clients. Upselling and cross-selling to raise transaction value is encouraged.

The role emphasizes safe driving, effective use of delivery boards, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Willing to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights from deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
