Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers and return cores. You will engage with walk-in customers, upsell where appropriate, and maintain accurate inventory knowledge on arrivals and back stock.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, a safety-focused mindset, and the ability to operate a delivery board system. The role requires flexible hours including weekends and a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively with customers, peers and leadership.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units; handle days/evenings/weekends as needed.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
