Talentify is seeking a driver responsible for picking and delivering parts to pro customers, handling returns, and promoting sales programs. The role includes cash-collection tasks, upselling, and maintaining store upkeep.

You will build strong customer relationships and support loyalty initiatives while working within a dynamic retail environment. Ideal candidates have real-world automotive parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualificações

• Speaks and writes English; strong communication with customers, peers and leadership.
• Reads and interprets safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Uses basic math for units and measurements; can work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Confident in engaging customers and promoting products; eager to learn new products and sales techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock including truck stocking and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
