Job summary

Talentify seeks an energetic driver to deliver automotive parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and support sales initiatives. You will promote current loyalty programs while building relationships with key customers and handling daily credit account collection.

The role requires safe driving, the ability to use a delivery board system, and strong communication to identify customer needs and recommend solutions. High school diploma and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers safely and accurately.
• Pick up returns and cores, maintain inventory awareness.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs to customers.
• Collect daily credit accounts and document transactions.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking duties including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts/services.
