Job summary

Talentify is seeking a reliable Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers, handle returns, and distribute sales flyers while promoting promotions and loyalty programs. You will engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and upsell when appropriate.

The role requires safe driving, use of a delivery board system, clear English, and basic math for inventory. Applicants must have a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; willingness to learn about

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Automotive parts knowledge or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores.
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
