Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver who will pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers while promoting sales and loyalty programs. The role involves daily credit account collection, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. You will engage customers, upsell where appropriate, and contribute to a team‑oriented store operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk‑in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
