Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers, handle returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will also engage with walk-in customers, collect credits, and maintain stock levels.

Laid out responsibilities include building strong relationships with key accounts, upselling products, and ensuring store cleanliness while performing occasional cycle counts and general stocking tasks. A valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts knowledge or experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general stocking.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
