Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will collect payments, promote current sales, and maintain store cleanliness while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work varied shifts, and willingness to upsell products. Automotive parts knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Handle returns and cores pickup.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect daily credit accounts.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Understand product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Assist walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
