Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and do daily credit account collections. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, upsell products, and maintain inventory knowledge to assist customers in-store and on deliveries.

The role requires safe driving, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with key pro customers, with a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• English language proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
