Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, drop off sales flyers, and assist in upselling while maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels.

The role requires English fluency, a valid license, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. Automotive parts experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Excellent customer service with friendly, persuasive communication.
• Ability to work flexible days, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
