Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will also handle daily credit collection and help upsell products to increase transaction value.

The role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication. Automotive parts experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and customer service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English; basic math ability required.
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
