Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build relationships with customers, upsell products, and help maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

A valid driver's license and the ability to read safety and instruction documents are required. Strong customer service and sales aptitude are essential, along with flexible hours to cover days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned from deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
